Yea…umm…there ya go.  The House today (Saturday) pre-emptively failed to pass the Senate version.   Looks like we are already past the wire on this one.   Video lays out my thoughts on the matter.

It’s now been over 100 degrees every single day of July here in Texas.  Just sayin’.
