0.1.2.3: Widescreen, Wall to Wall

Not much on the updates today, being the 4th and all. Happy 4th, make sure and help defend democracy and never vote for Republicans, BTW.

Anyway, I’ve finally got a decent grasp (saying this is going to bite me in the ass) on some of my CSS woes. There was a bit of a gap in the images on each side of the card, now it’s gone.

Oh, wait…before we go on…this one is gorgeous.

I love the color and texture. The mix of perfectly smooth and soft and flow. Anyway, it’s a nice piece.

And because the site is really most about (on a pixel % basis) the art, I think that gaps are bad. So I worked on them. Now things should be wall-to-wall, but I am still needing to get this bit closed.

I’m pretty sure it has to do with the expanded bit. When you click “more” the uploaded image/source document analysis are exposed. There’s a whole ‘nother set of CSS involved in the transition, and it looks fine when extended…mostly.

But still…those few pixels. CSS wins, for today.

But at least you get me realizing where I set {border: 2px} and an extra (width: 99%), and blasting them back to oblivion. Use all them pixels.
