It’s function time mofos.
What’s a function?
That’s a good question.
In this context a function is going to be something that does something.
Totally legit, right?
So how does a function function?
Well, the way a function functions is by giving it something upon which to function.
F(x). Function(stuff).
The next function that we’re going to would be working on is a function where you give it a picture of food or a picture of ingredients and it returns with a recipe of that food or a recipe based on those ingredients.

We are also going to be working on a function in which you can give it a picture, any picture (or URL), and it will spit out a pretty nice line drawing perfect for printing out for a young child to color.
This is a function we manually perform around here pretty often as we are homeschooling our amazing ASD kiddo and his younger sister.
So if you visit the website (haikuthenews.ai), each one of those things across the top of the page is a function. The UI sorts the results, etc, etc.
Other than the “home” which is a function that takes you to the home page and refreshes the page. Nice functionality, as they say.
We are going to be adding a lot more functions.
Essentially everything you might find in a cookbook, so to speak.
The trick is going to be the UI on how to make it easy to access, but I think we have that kind of sorted out now, at least somewhere in the back of my mind.
I have the concept of a plan, as it were.
Should definitely be live in less than 2 weeks (i.e. one “sprint”, for those outside the SWE world).
