New version going out that helps with priority #1 and #2.

Or just have it kind of implied and you can still see the dungeon map…i.e. you can see the map but not the monsters or exit until explored.
Definitely doing one or the other. Probably playtest both for a few days to feel it out.
The discovery portion is pretty neat. And having to make quick fight or flight choices is fun.
When you could see the whole map and exit it became a question of *when* you wanted to exit but now you have to find it which is much more interesting and fun to me.
This is giving up more of my control of the game to the game, which is the goal as it generates itself.
Update: We have gone with the option on the right. Feel free to share opinions below.
