I’m not sure which is more ridiculous, that he was President of an organization and had no knowledge of these payments, or that he actually thinks people will believe him when he claims that.

Update: it should be noted that Cain has re-clarified his stance, and thinks his government should control women’s reproductive rights, even in cases of forcible sexual harassment ending in pregnancy.
