NEW YORK (Reuters) – A fourth woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment planned to detail allegations against him in New York on Monday in what could be a fresh blow to Cain’s 2012 White House bid.

The woman alleges she was sexually harassed by Cain “when she sought his help with an employment issue” when he was head of the National Restaurant Association in the mid-1990s, her lawyer, Gloria Allred, said in a statement.
